Henry Brooks, President, Power & Controls Collins Aerospace

Henry Brooks is president, Power & Controls, at Collins Aerospace. In this role, he is responsible for delivering integrated solutions for customers across four key segments, including aircraft environmental control systems, electrical power systems, engine controls, and industrial businesses.

Henry started in the industry as an engineer and in his 30-year career has held numerous leadership positions in engineering, operations, program, and general management.

As his corporate career has grown, so has his commitment to advocating for a more inclusive engineering community. Henry is a lifetime member of the National Society of Black Engineers and is a sought-after advisor to the organization. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA).

Henry holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
